I personally feel that no commerce can happen in today's time if we don't get our content game right. Brands like Airbnb are built on the idea of generating and curating content. They don't sell. They tell stories.

This will not only help by providing the most effective channels but also real-time optimisation of targeting.

Why target someone who may not be your customer? Many times, we realise it after the money has been spent. This should be able to help us by lowering our CAC. Lower CAC is the most amasing keyword in our organisation 😊, isn't it?
