The Group Admin Team of Lodha Ventures are the shadow warriors constantly putting out fires before many of us can even smell smoke. This team was instrumental in the complete overhaul of the new swanky office on the third floor.
“Office banana, chalana aur bandh karna sab humara kaam hai!”. This is how Vishal Punjabi describes his team. He says the job of an admin team is such that their presence becomes a muscle memory for everyone, but their absence hits hard.
Like a business puts its customers first and customer delight is the ultimate goal, Vishal and his 3-member team comprising Chetan Sawant, Naveen Ankalam and Sabina Rapose, ensure that we are 'comfortable' in office. While Chetan handles all things LV, Naveen is a one-man army for managing The House of Abhinandan Lodha. Last but not the least, donning two hats at once is Sabina, Executive Assistant to Samujjwal Ghosh, CEO, HoABL. She is also the travel planner for the entire LV Ecosystem.
Next on their agenda is to revamp admin processes to make every function under his team’s purview more process-oriented rather than people-centric. And, the fact that his team never hesitates to cover for each other, makes this an easy possibility.
