HoABL, Xanadu, Bonito Designs and Easiloan win BIG in the recently-concluded award season
We closed the last financial year with a bang. It rained awards on many of our ecosystem companies in a picture-perfect epilogue to our year-long hard work and dedication. While our business broke records and set new benchmarks, we made sure the world watched.
Four of our affiliate companies grabbed the spotlight as they were felicitated for being the best in the business. The House of Abhinandan Lodha and Xanadu aced categories for their well-crafted marketing campaigns, while Bonito Designs sailed to the top like a ‘dream’ and Easiloan was applauded for pushing the limits of technology.
At the second edition of The Economic Times Real Estate Awards 2023- WEST, The House of Abhinandan Lodha won in the 360 Degree Marketing Campaign category for their TomorroWorld project. Xanadu took home two trophies – one in the Excellence in Digital Marketing category for The Imperial Goa project, and the second for Excellence in Experiential Marketing Campaign for their Raheja’s Destination Versova Island project.
HoABL’s campaign for TomorroWorld at Anjarle broke with the teaser ‘Mission Land for All, Sea for All at Anjarle’. It capitalised on the tourism and appreciation potential of the region to tell consumers that Anjarle was fast emerging as India’s fastest growing tourist destination.
For its record-breaking Imperial Goa project, which garnered an unprecedented sell-out in less than 100 hours, Xanadu used an all-encompassing approach harnessing the reach of digital mediums like Facebook, Instagram, Inshorts and Cricbuzz. It was a pathbreaking campaign that achieved the revolutionary feat of selling such a high ticket size without a site visit.
Xanadu’s marketing campaign for the Raheja’s Destination Versova Island project identified the need gap and brought the island life to the maximum city and its residents. What made it stand apart was the experiential strategy it adopted by bringing the site to the consumers. The team operated out of Novotel with a one-of-its-kind scale model.
Bonito Designs emerged as the winner of the ‘Dream Company to Work For – 2022 in Real Estate & Interior Design Industry’ award at the 31st Edition of World HRD Congress where it beat several top organisation across India. Bonito, India’s largest full home only interior brand, was recognised for its endeavour in translating and combining its future-ready vision into its HR strategy.
At the same event, Amit Parsuramka, CEO, Bonito Designs, won the very well-deserved Best CEO Award for rejigging the parameters of how the interior design industry is perceived by consumers in India.
Lastly, Easiloan received the topmost commendation at the 2nd Annual NBFC and FinTech Excellence Awards - 2023 and won the ‘Best use of AI & ML in the Fintech Space’ award. The award is a recognition of their constant innovation and effort to improve customer journey, depth of the process and built accuracy across lender base.
