In a significant display of commitment towards the development of Ayodhya, The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has inaugurated a new office, demonstrating its unwavering dedication to the growth and prosperity of the city.

The House of Abhinandan Lodha, led by its CEO, Mr Samujjwal Ghosh, and MD of Lodha Ventures, Mr Abhinandan Lodha, has already been engaged in extensive fieldwork for over a year and is set to launch its inaugural project soon.

The inauguration of a new office in Ayodhya marks a significant milestone for The House of Abhinandan Lodha. The newly established office will serve as a testament to their commitment and serve as a base for their operations in the region.

Speaking about the investment, Mr Samujjwal Ghosh, CEO, The House of Abhinandan Lodha, expressed his enthusiasm for the future of Ayodhya. He stated, "Our commitment of Rs 1,200 crore investment in Ayodhya marks a significant milestone in our dedication to the region’s growth and development. The opening of our office here stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to fostering progress and prosperity in this historic city. It will not only serve as a base for our operations but also symbolize our deep-rooted belief in Ayodhya's immense potential. We aim to catalyse economic opportunities, empower local communities, and contribute to the historic transformation of this city.”

HoABL has also announced a massive investment of Rs 1,200 crore solely dedicated to the city. The decision comes in line with the vision of the government to establish Ayodhya as the global spiritual capital, as highlighted during the UP Global Investor's Summit held in February 2023.

Apart from Ayodhya, India’s largest branded land developer, ahead of the UP Global Investors Summit 2023, has pledged to Rs 3,000 crore investment in the state.

The timing of The House of Abhinandan Lodha's investment couldn't have been timed better, as it coincides with the anticipation of a significant increase in tourist footfall following the inauguration of the Ram Temple by January next year and the approval of projects worth Rs 465 crore for the development of world-class infrastructure in Ayodhya.

The House of Abhinandan Lodha's investment, combined with the government's visionary efforts and the ongoing infrastructure projects, is poised to position Ayodhya as a prominent global spiritual capital in the near future. The company's commitment to the city’s growth reflects its confidence in the city's potential as a thriving economic and cultural centre.
