Revolutionising Tradition One App At A Time

The House Of Abhinandan Lodha app is facilitating fully digital sales at the click of a button

Unforeseen circumstances are the birth of biggest innovations. Imagine a tech platform that enables you to find, explore, experience, own, manage, and sell your land online. It will also allow you to explore new opportunities and create a wealth generation source. This and many more other features related to land-buying and investments will be made available for The House of Abhinandan Lodha’s existing customers on February 6, 2023 when the brand launches its app.

"In an endeavour to convert real estate into a trusted asset class, India’s largest branded land developer, through its app, is facilitating fully digital sales at the click of a button to address the issues of transparency, liquidity and trust that are usually attached with land buying in India."

Through this path-breaking innovation, HoABL aims to build a holistic tech enabled investment platform and establish the entire consumer lifecycle on it. They visualise building conviction for customers to invest in differentiated asset class conveniently, starting with land and maximise portfolio by enabling innovative financial products - both by depth and breadth. This innovation can also establish trust and conviction via an elevated brand and customer experience.

The launch of this first-of-its-kind app will make HoABL scale unimaginable frontiers, create history and expedite the brand’s journey towards reaching the Rs 1000 crores per annum milestone, making it the fastest growing company in India.

The year 2022 was also filled with successes for HoABL. Not only did the brand deliver the fastest 100-acre township built in independent India in a record time of 15 months, it also launched operations in two new geographies – Foothills of Matheran and Goa – and started acquiring land in several other places including Lonavala, Alibaug and Ayodhya for development in the next 24 months. Aside from collaborating with world renowned architects such as Sanjay Puri for TomorrowLand at Anjarle and Broadway Malyan for CelebrationLand at Foothills of Matheran, HoABL also introduced Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology and Green Pre-Certification as part of CelebrationLand.

Some of the brand’s other accomplishments include:

Largest land launch – With CelebrationLand, the brand registered the largest land launch of the country. Through a massive 360 digital campaign, it was able to garner over 8000 customers for attending the virtual meetings as well as nominating to buy about 1.36 million sq ft of land at Foothills of Matheran. The campaign’s success can be estimated by the fact that Phase I and Phase II were sold out within three months of launch.

Fastest turnaround – The launch of Imperial Goa marked a new dawn for HoABL and the real estate industry. From land acquisition to sales, the entire process concluded within three months. Post a curtain raiser ad in national newspapers across three cities, the project sold out in less than 100 hours.

Mission Land for All, Sea for All – TomorroWorld at Anjarle was the debut of HOABL’s promise to set new ways to experience land virtually. The brand’s first feature short-film “Land for All – Sea for All” showcased a new kind of story-telling, never seen before in the real estate to bring the magic of India’s only coastal hill-station Anjarle to an audience who couldn’t get enough of the same. They also created an immersive 3D visualisation walkthrough of the development using the latest cutting-edge animation and 3D rendering to bring alive the vision and to showcase the sheer grandeur and of how TomorroWorld will look once it is ready.

Wealth Gen Series - In line with their positioning as a wealth generation consumer tech company and the vision to create inter-generational wealth for their customers, HoABL started the Wealth Gen Series Ep 1 with Radhika Gupta, CEO and MD of Edelweiss capital. She spoke about how land can be used to create inter-generational wealth and why it should be an integral part of an investors’ portfolio.

While a real estate business is driven by profits and sales, it should also be conscious of the ecological effects of its operations. In a bid to give back to the environment, during the development Isle of Bliss, HoABL planted 1866 trees of more than 50 different species. Over 40,000 shrubs were also planted to sustain and promote biodiversity in the development.

HoABL is not a real estate company. It is a consumer tech firm that is changing the face of real estate sector by using technology and innovation at the heart of its projects.
