Anjarle: The Goa of Tomorrow

HoABL launches its third project in Anjarle - 'TomorrowView, Theatre to the ocean'

The House of Abhinandan Lodha, India's largest branded land developer, has launched its third and final project in Anjarle, Maharashtra – having saved their ‘best for last’ in the quaint coastal town.

This picturesque coastal town in the Konkan region of Maharashtra is growing to become not only a tourist destination but also an extremely promising investment destination due to its scenic views and developing infrastructure focus by the government. The land appreciation in the region that is estimated to be around 3x over time, however the stunning, unobstructed views of the Arabian Sea have only increased the rate of returns to 5x. With the infrastructure in and around Anjarle set to improve significantly by 2026, will make travel distance shorter & comfortable, adding to the desirability of the location.

Anjarle is easily accessible by road from major cities like Mumbai, Goa, and Bangalore. It is located about 240 kms from Mumbai, 230 kms from Pune, and 370 kms from Goa. The nearest airport is in Pune, which is about 170 km away, and the nearest railway station is in Chiplun, which is about 25 km away. With the ongoing development of the Mumbai-Goa Highway, the connectivity to Anjarle is expected to improve even further.

Commenting on this project in Anjarle, Samujjwal Ghosh, CEO, The House of Abhinandan Lodha said, “Anjarle is a hidden gem on the Konkan belt, which is fast gaining popularity among tourists and investors alike. Through our project, TomorrowView, the land we are offering has the potential to generate substantial returns for our customers. With the government's focus on developing the region's infrastructure, we believe, the value of this land is expected to appreciate significantly in the coming years."
